This notice describes how the Reventures website records and handles information submitted through its decision brief form or by email.
Information we receive
When you use the decision brief form or contact Reventures by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, phone number and the context of your inquiry. The website does not provide account registration or online payments.
How information is used
Information is used to securely record and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Reventures is the appropriate advisory partner, maintain a record of relevant correspondence, protect the form from misuse and meet applicable legal or professional obligations.
Cookies and analytics
At this launch stage, Reventures has not enabled non-essential advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. This notice will be updated before any new analytics or tracking technology is introduced.
Sharing and retention
Reventures does not sell personal information. Form submissions are stored using the website hosting provider's managed database and notifications are delivered through Google Workspace. These and other service providers process information only as required to operate the relevant service and subject to their respective safeguards. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for their business, professional or legal purpose.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so confidential client material should not be sent through an initial website inquiry unless an approved secure channel has been agreed.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Reventures, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate retention requirements.
